(1) According to this Act, the management body may give a reward of up to one lakh rupees to the person who gives information that an act has been committed or is about to be committed and who assists in the investigation and collection of evidence.
(2) According to this Act, the management body may provide an amount of up to one lakh rupees as an incentive award to the person or employee who contributes significantly to the investigation and collection of evidence of the act considered to be a crime and helps in the control of the trade in endangered wildlife or flora or its specimens.
